NEO A2 Lite; Fn & Caps LK LEDs

I received my NEO U1 bundled with the NEO A2 Lite Airmouse.
There appears to be a small hole beside the Fn key, and the Caps LK key, which reviews I read stated that these are LEDS that light up when you push either the FN key, or the Caps LK key.

These do not light up.
Are they supposed to???
Is my airmouse defective?

power/standby button doesnt work on z64 windows, no reaction
cant even sleep z64w form windows always on or off, when off need to push button on z64
ir diode working, visible on camera

On/Off button of my NEO A2 Lite didn' work.

Hi,
Using the NEO A2 Lite with my Minix I noticed that the On/Off button didn't work.
Let me explain better, all the other function/button work perfectly but if I push the On/Off button the system didn't start (if shut down) or viceversa didn't shut down if working.
Could be a firmware problem? If yes how can i check my firmware version and upgrade it?
If not could be a button's problem?

A2 Lite Freezing

response from remote is stopping every few seconds and then works again. Have changed battery but it still happens. When I remove the battery and put it in again it works for a little while and then the same problem. Does the remote have to be reset or can it be reset. It had been working great until today!!

I am trying to figure out how to make the remote bring up the menu by right-clicking a mouse in Exodus to download a movie. How do I get that function to work with the A2 Lite remote?

Sorry guys, I'm searching Google since hours and I still didn't find a working way to remap some of the A2 Lite buttons.

Following this guide (sorry for painful format but forum doesn't let me post an url):

with "url" instead of "thing" :\

it should be as simple as create a personalized keymap.xml:

[SOLVED] Pointer isn't working as expected

i bought a A2lite with my U1 and it's working pretty well, except of the Pointer.

When i'm moving the remote up, the pointer on my TV is going to the right. When i'm moving the remote down the pointer is going to the left.
Same with left and right. Right -> pointer goes down, left -> pointer goes up.

Is there any configuration method for this behavior?

I recently bought an Neo U1 with an A2 Lite air mouse..after I shut down the U1 (power light on it is OFF).. I can still press the power button on the A2 lite to turn on the U1...Is it normal? How can I set so that the airmouse is working only if my U1 is on..

I have 2 Minix Neo 8-H Plus boxes, & 2 Neo A2 Lites (both bought on Amazon)

The second A2 Lite remote (just recently bought) requires multiple presses to register an action on the Minix box menus, & typing is crazy, as you'll type a, b, c but a, b will come up & c won't appear, so you type it again, nothing , & again & finally c might come up if I'm lucky.

No such issues on my first box & remote where its instantly responsive for all actions & typing.

Am I doing something wrong ? Is there...

Greetings,

I recenlly bought Minix Neo A2 to use with my mxiii-g tv box but I encounter quite many problems:
- power button does not work at all
- recent apps button does not work at all
- menu button works on some apps

I tired adding the kl file found here: http://www.minixforum.com/threads/kl-file-of-neo-a2-lite.4734/
by copying to /system/usr/keylayout by nothing changed. Is there a way to find out which layout is used?

do you have any other suggestions to fix the problems?

"_" underscore button on the keyboard side?

I just received my minix neo x8-h plus, v004, with a neo a2 lite remote and i'm unable to find the underscore "_" key on the keyboard. I tried a solution in another post saying to use Fn + Shift + N, but it type a minus "-". The shift key seems to have no effects in conjuction with the Fn key.

Any advice?

just got the keyboard airmouse and trying to test "ok google"
the box and paperwork, just says what the buttons are and how to use mouse and cursor reset
nothing about mic ect

i see on the guide here, i have to do fn + > that i get a middle light on
i have tested on google search page and nothing

after 1 min or so the light goes out

i have no output to usb audio ON

do i need more settings?

Hi. Is there any possibility to remap A2 Lite buttons using only Windows? I mean i do not have any other devices like Hub's. I just simply connected usb receiver into my pc (windows) and using it like a tv controller. I did not find any special software for minix where i could change buttons from default to different operations. For example i tryed to play Worms and i can not do all the actions using only NEO A2 Lite.

Hi,

apologies if this has been already raised elsewhere.

I have bought this airmouse and when I press "Fn" together with the corresponding key (in orange), it does not show up... have you heard whether this is a problem with this device in general, or is it that mine might be faulty?
